2015 Scholarship Golf Tournament - Registration Now Open!

About our Tournament:

2014 Tournament Group PhotoThe Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics invite you to participate in our 4th Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament scheduled for Friday, May 8th, 2015, at the Pecan Valley Golf Course in Fort Worth, Texas.
 

Money raised from the event will go towards scholarships for local area high school students seeking to major in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).  

Last year, we awarded six $1,000 scholarships --- help us try to increase this amount to $8,000 in 2015!

Format:
The tournament will be a shotgun start four-man scramble, with an 8:00 am tee time.  At the conclusion of the tournament lunch will be provided and the winning team will be awarded 2015 SHPE Golf Tournament Trophies. There will also be awards for longest drive and closest to the pin.  Following lunch and the awards presentation a raffle will be held to raise additional funds for the scholarship.

Registration:
Registration per team is $280 ($70 per player), the standard golf package includes: 
Carts, lunch, balls, and raffle tickets.  Mulligans/raffle tickets may be purchased the day of the event for $10.00 each.

Do you represent a business or organization that is willing to come onboard as a sponsor? If so SHPE at LM Aero is offering three standard corporate sponsorship packages.  These packages include:

Bronze Sponsorship ($500)
One standard golf package + bronze recognition on website, social media, and a tee-box.
Small-scale logo on event banners.
Silver Sponsorship ($1,000)
One standard golf package + silver recognition on website, social media, and a tee-box. 
Medium-scale logo on event banners.
Gold Sponsorship ($2,000) 
Two standard golf packages + gold recognition on website, social media, and a tee-box. 
Large-scale logo on event banners.
