On September 13-14th Lockheed Martin held the Hispanic Organization for Leadership and Awareness (HOLA) leadership forum at the Center for Leadership Excellence (CLE) in Bethesda, MD. Attendees heard discussions from a Joint ERG Panel, Bruce tanner, Rania Washington, Jeff Napoliello and an Executive Panel about ERGS, company highlights, and the company’s Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) strategy. In addition Victoria Jeffries from Univision Communications provided her story and some background on what Univision is doing in the near future.  A Webcast was recorded of Mid-level leadership panel that discussed the HOLA points of Excel, Empower, Engage, and Call to Action for HOLA participants.
