A huge thank you everybody who made it out to the SHPE booth for International Day on Monday, September 28^th. The Mexican themed table was a huge hit as the constant wave of people kept coming to enjoy our mole, tinga, nopales, tres leches, jamaica, and a variety of Mexican treats. Because of the efforts involved, we received the “Most Authentic Food” award. Thanks again everyone!
