Howdy SHPE LM Aero members! The SHPE Texas A&M chapter is still in need of some professionals who can guide upperclassman students from industry as a mentor as part of their most popular program for the 2015-2016 academic year.
 Requirements for Professional Mentors: 1. Communicate with mentee at least twice a month (Email, Phone, Video Conference, Text) 2. Meet with mentee in person at least once (SHPE National Conference, Regional event, or TAMU recruiting event) 3. Guide the mentee as needed and provide constructive feedback. Professional Benefits: 1. An experience where your efforts impact an individuals life 2. Ability to develop communication, interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills. 3.
